Basic Life Support (BLS)

What Does This Course Offer?
The BLS course trains students to quickly and efficiently recognize several life-threatening emergencies and jump into action. Students will learn how to perform high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and properly apply and operate an AED.

Who Should Take This Course?
The BLS Course is perfect for healthcare professionals who need the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner, as well as those needing to recertify their current certification.

Class Size
Classes will have no minimum number of required students, and will not be canceled due to lack of participation. Larger groups may be requested to split into separate classes or times to accommodate the schedules of our instructors.

Certification
Upon successful completion of the course students will be issued an electronic AHA eCard via email within 1-3 business days. Certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
